1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the destination of your order. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@richhato.com or call us at (218) 998-7585 within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
